The Terms of Service are being finalized by Legal before they become active production terms. Index Alpha will not publish unresolved draft placeholders as operative legal text.

Account creation and future material updates will use an affirmative acceptance flow for the current Terms version. Until Legal approval is complete, this page is a safe publication placeholder for the canonical Terms route.
