Privacy and Cookies Notice

The Privacy and Cookies Notice is being finalized before publication as active production policy. Index Alpha does not require an email address for core signup, but the service still processes account identifiers, passkey metadata, content, sessions, OAuth/agent authorization records, and operational data.

This route is available now so product surfaces can link to the canonical Privacy location without exposing unresolved legal draft placeholders.
